If you have read any of my books or followed me on social media for very long you know just how much I love physically engaging with books. My Banneret series has physical representations of books for characters from a magical library and every book I publish has a recipe from inside the book itself.
When the idea of creme brulee making baby dragons popped in my head I knew that it had to be the recipe that I included in Dragonborn, even if you didn't have a baby dragon around to help caramelize the sugar on top. It's a fun and simple recipe that is honestly much easier to make than it sounds.
